Brittany Latronica, PMP
Virtual Assistant Solutions
Hi, I’m Brittany!
I’ve always been drawn to supporting people and creating clarity out of complexity. My career began in education, where I spent seven years as a middle school counselor, guiding students and families through challenges with empathy and care. That experience taught me the power of listening, problem-solving, and staying organized in the middle of a million moving parts.
Over time, I discovered that those same skills translated beautifully into project management. I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and have spent the last five years leading projects in higher education and the financial services. Along the way, I have learned how to balance big-picture strategy with the small details that keep everything running smoothly.
Now, as a virtual assistant, I bring all of that experience together to support entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations. Whether it’s keeping projects on track, handling day-to-day operations, or giving you back time to focus on what matters most, my goal is to be the steady hand behind the scenes that helps your vision move forward with ease.
Education & Certifications
